ON THE ROCKS MOBILE BAR SERVICE OFFERS A FULL SERVICE BAR COMPLETE WITH ALL YOUR FAVORITES, FROM LOCAL CRAFT BEER TO WORLDWIDE LIQUOR FAVORITES. OUR PROFESSIONAL BAR SERVICES ARE EXECUTED BY OUR HIGHLY QUALIFIED BARTENDING STAFF, AND IS FULLY LICENSED AND INSURED. CHOOSE A BASE PACKAGE, OR CUSTOMIZE YOUR SELECTIONS TO CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOM BAR.

Top Shelf or Specialty Liquor/Wine/Beer requests will require a custom quote and some items may be priced by the bottle.
An Unlimited Open Bar requires a $1500.00 minimum spend to include the set-up fee. Pricing is for four (4) consecutive hours per bar. A minimum of two Bartenders are required for any bar at a rate of $35.00 per hour per bartender. Additional hours will result in an additional per hour charge. A barback may be required for larger events at $20.00 per hour. A 22% Full Service Fee will be charged to all alcohol sales, which covers all overhead costs on alcohol, permits, insurance and storage.

Responsibilities
ON THE ROCKS RESPONSIBILITY

On the Rocks management will file the required permit to ensure Indiana State Excise compliance for your event. We are fully licensed by the State of Indiana to serve and sell alcohol, and are fully insured for liability. Our bartenders have Alcohol Server Permits issued by the State of Indiana, and have completed alcohol serve training. All alcohol at cash bars includes sales tax.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Additional feed may be charged to the client's credit card on file if the following occurs:
- Additional bartenders are needed to provide adequate service to the client's guests
- If minimum alcohol sales requirements are not met, the client will be charged the balance/difference
- If longer serving time is requested by the client and was not billed on the original invoice, the client will be billed accordingly for additional staff time
Prices listed include quality disposable drinkware and all necessary bar supplies. Sales Tax, Delivery Fee and a 22% Full Service Fee will be added to the final bill. The Full Service Fee covers all overhead costs on alcohol purchased, licenses, permits and required insurance.
