Full Service Catering

All Catering Services require Delivery Fee, 7% Sales Tax and a 22% Full Service Fee added

to the final bill. The Full Service Fee covers all overhead costs, labor costs, licenses, permits,

staff transportation and required insurance.

All prices listed per person.

Menu options feature set-up, monitoring, clean up staffing, tablecloths on drink and buffet tables, centerpiece and greenery, chaffer racks and fuel cells, serving bowls and utensils, disposable plates, disposable cups (if applicable), napkins, heavyweight table service, garnishes and appropriate fresh condiments.

The Elegance Menus feature all of the above, as well as an elegant fresh floral centerpiece and greenery to match your theme, wrought iron chaffers with fuel cells, coordinating decorations in your theme and colors, formal disposable dinnerware and cups, and a coordinating wrapped napkin. China and linen napkins available upon request for an additional fee. 

Centerpieces and greenery are only provided for buffet lines and drink stations and are not provided for guest tables unless discussed with the Floral Designer with a custom quote given.

All final quoted prices will include the Catering & Events Fee as well as all applicable taxes. The Catering & Event Fee is  a fee imposed for labor and amenities incurred serving a full-service meal.

All meal prices are based upon the stated required minimum guest count. For meals under the required minimum , there will be an additional fee based on your guest count.

The maximum serving time for all events is two hours, If you require additional serving time, there will be an additional fee.

All prices are subject to change until the event is confirmed with the Catering & Events Director and the event deposit is received.

Our friendly and reliable catering staff is very helpful and happy to make your event special. They will arrive onsite approximately on and a half hours prior to your event. Please ensure that an individual is available to allow them into your facility or venue.

Our staff will take care of guiding your guests though the line and/or stations, bussing tables, and ensuring that trash is placed in a designated area. If you have any special requests, please inform one of our staff members, and we will be sure to accommodate. 

Leftovers are commonly requested at the completion of an event. If requested, we will leave the leftovers if the client has a properly refrigerated area. Due to food safety requirements, we will not leave leftovers if they cannot be safely stored. 

We enjoy taking pictures of our events and utilizing them to showcase our catering company through social media and with our potential clients. If you prefer not to have pictures taken of your event, please notify the Catering & Events Director prior to your event.
